Meet Ashley:

Hello! I'm so happy you're here!

Welcome to The Paper Warbler! I’m Ashley, the owner and maker. When I’m not busy creating, I’m a voracious book devourer and an amateur baker. I developed a love of planners and all things stationery when I was young and continued to have a passion for them throughout every season of my life.

After years of creating dot grid planners and reading journals for personal use, I decided to turn my journal spreads into templates to print and bind. What started as a passion project, turned into the launch of The Paper Warbler in 2024 with our first reading journals for anyone to enjoy!

All of our stationery products are individually handcrafted from creation to shipping in our studio in Minnesota. Each stationery item is printed, cut, and bound in-house with care at The Paper Warbler.

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we have a 14-day return policy, therefore you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning any item(s).

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the United States.

When will my order ship?

Our notebooks and journals are handcrafted with pride. Each one is printed, cut, and bound in-house with care. All orders are shipped from Minnesota, USA. 

Our standard processing time is 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), regardless of the shipping option selected. Processing time may be extended during product launches, sale periods, and seasonal rushes due to increased order volumes. 

It is important to note that the processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment, separate from the shipping time itself. The shipping options specifically pertain to the shipping service provided by the postal carrier and does not affect the processing time of your order.

What if I entered incorrect shipping details?

Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. The customer is responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.

What if my item(s) arrived damaged, defective, or I received the wrong item(s)?

If your item(s) arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item(s), please contact us by filling out our Contact Form within 7 days of delivery so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. Please include your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue. Please also have 3-5 photos in various angles available to submit upon request.

We cannot process a request if the product has been written in or used.

Do not return any items without prior authorization.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Should you encounter any issues with a lost or stolen package, please fill out our Contact Form and include your order number so we may file a claim with the carrier. Please note that it is not uncommon for carriers to mark packages as delivered a day or more before the package is actually delivered.
