The Paper Warber launched in 2024 with our very first reading journals! Our notebooks and journals are handcrafted with pride. Each one is printed, cut, and bound in-house with care.
There is much more in store for future products and I'm so excited to begin this endeavor with you!

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we have a 14-day return policy, therefore you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. There is a 20% restocking fee on each item returned and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning any item(s).

When will my order ship?
Our notebooks and journals are handcrafted with pride. Each one is printed, cut, and bound in-house with care. All orders are shipped from Minnesota, USA.
Our standard processing time is 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), regardless of the shipping option selected. Processing time may be extended during product launches, sale periods, and seasonal rushes due to increased order volumes.
It is important to note that the processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment, separate from the shipping time itself. The shipping options specifically pertain to the shipping service provided by the postal carrier and does not affect the processing time of your order.

What if I entered incorrect shipping details?
Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. The customer is responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.

What if my item(s) arrived damaged, defective, or I received the wrong item(s)?
If your item(s) arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item(s), please contact us by filling out our Contact Form within 7 days of delivery so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. Please include your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue. We cannot process a request if the product has been written in or used. Do not return any items without prior authorization.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Should you encounter any issues with a lost or stolen package, please fill out our Contact Form and include your order number so we may file a claim with the carrier. Please note that it is not uncommon for carriers to mark packages as delivered a day or more before the package is actually delivered.

Am I responsible for customs and import duties, fees, tariffs, and taxes?
Yes, international customers are responsible for paying any customs and import duties, fees, tariffs, and taxes. Orders shipped internationally are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) or, more officially, Delivered At Place (DAP) and therefore do not include any customs and import duties, fees, tariffs, or taxes.
